Effective July 9, 2026. This applies to Basalio the WordPress plugin, its beta program, and basalio.so.

By installing Basalio, joining the beta, or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms. If you're doing this on behalf of a studio or agency, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to them.

Beta access is free, limited to one live site per signup, and provided as-is while the product is still being built. We can change, pause, or end the beta at any time, though we'll always give existing testers advance notice before shutting it down.
Feedback you send us, bug reports, feature requests, module ideas, can be used to improve Basalio without any obligation to credit or compensate you. Beta testers keep founding pricing when paid licenses open.

A paid license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to activate and run Basalio on the number of sites your tier allows: one for Personal, five for Studio, unlimited for Agency. Agency licenses also include a site-transfer right, letting you hand a finished, licensed site to a client without deactivating it first.
Each activation is tied to a specific site URL. Moving a site to a new domain (for example, staging to production) requires deactivating the old URL and activating the new one from your account.

Every tier includes every module we've shipped and every module we ship in the future, for as long as the plugin exists. Nothing is held back for a higher tier. The only thing that changes between tiers is how many sites you can activate on.

You can build, style, and ship whatever you want with Basalio. What you can't do:

Paid licenses are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing rebills. Once paid licenses open, purchases come with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund window.
Checkout and license delivery are handled by an established third-party provider (Freemius or EDD Software Licensing). We don't store your card details ourselves.

Basalio's code, name, and branding remain our property. The sites and content you build with it are entirely yours.

Basalio, and especially the beta, is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We test every module for accessibility and performance before release, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, or hosting setup.
To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the plugin. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months before the claim.

We'll update this page if these terms change and update the effective date at the top. Material changes affecting paid licenses will also be emailed to license holders.
